After examination, the prosecution met the statutory acceptance conditions, and the court decided to file a case for trial. Relevant matters shall be notified as follows:

1、 In the course of litigation, the parties must exercise their litigation rights according to law and have the right to exercise the litigation rights stipulated in articles 50, 51 and 52 of the civil procedure law. At the same time, they must abide by the litigation order and perform their litigation obligations.

2、 If it is necessary to entrust an agent to act on behalf of the court, a power of attorney signed or sealed by the principal shall be submitted to the first administrative tribunal of the court. The power of attorney shall specify the entrusted matters and authority.

3、 The case acceptance fee of 50.00 shall be paid in advance to the court within seven days after receiving this notice.

4、 According to the relevant provisions of the measures for payment of litigation costs, the litigation costs shall be borne by the losing party, except for those voluntarily borne by the winning party. After the judgment becomes effective, the people's court shall refund the litigation expenses paid in advance but not borne by the winning party, and the losing party shall pay them to the people's court, except that the winning party voluntarily bears or agrees that the losing party pays them directly. If a party refuses to pay legal fees, the people's court may enforce it. Please fill in the bank account number of "receiving refund" after winning the lawsuit in the confirmation of the place of delivery, so that the court can refund the litigation expenses paid in advance but not borne by the winning party within 15 days from the effective date of the legal document (or expressed as timely after the effective date of the legal document).
